Maria Eugênia Previtalli Cais
Maria Eugênia received her law degree in 2007 from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo Law School (PUC-SP). She was an assistant professor of civil procedure law at the same school. She also holds an LL.M. in procedural law from the University of São Paulo Law School and has extension certificates in business law procedural strategy from the Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School of São Paulo (GVLaw) and the New Civil Procedure Code from the Superior School of Advocacy for the Brazilian Bar Association. She is the author of several articles published in specialized periodicals. Participated in an Advanced Arbitration Course conducted by the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP). She is member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and of the Center for Advanced Procedural Law Studies (CEAPRO).
