Rogerio Mollica

Rogerio received his law degree in 1997 from the University of São Paulo Law School and holds an LL.M. and doctorate in civil procedural law from the same school. He also has specialization certificates in Tax Law from Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET) and in Business Administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (CEAG/FGV-SP). Ex-Judge at the Administrative Tax Court, from 2010 to 2015. He is the author of many articles published in specialized periodicals. He has taught as a visiting professor in undergraduate and graduate programs at various law schools. He is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP), the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET) and the Center for Advanced Procedural Law Studies (CEAPRO).
